Be Food Smart

Have you seen the great new Be Food Smart app from Change4Life’s new campaign?

The exciting new campaign will help families make healthier choices with a free smartphone app which visualises how much total sugar, salt and saturated fat is inside everyday food and drinks. The new app is also packed full of great hints, tips, fun food detective activities and mini missions to get the whole family involved.

We’ll definitely be using this new app in our Cook2Learn workshops.

Find out how much sugar, salt and saturated fat is in your everyday food and drink with the FREE Be Food Smart app you can download it here.
